TPM intensive training course

The Intermediate training course in Transplant Coordination according to Transplant Procurement Management (TPM) programme is organized every year in collaboration with the Spanish organisation DTI. This year we will host the 11th edition of this important intensive training for Slovenian health care professionals. The training will be held from 9-11 of April 2025 in Hotel Špik (Martuljek). The applications for the training are closed, the training is full.

Lectures and workshops will be given by lecturers and experts from Slovenija-transplant and UMC Ljubljana, while Spanish experts will present global trends and innovations in donation medicine, with a focus on donation after circulatory death (DCD), trends in options for organ donation in intensive care units (so called ICOD programme) and other contemporary guidelines.

The aim of the training is to provide in-depth training programme for medical doctors and health care staff in Slovenia. This year the focus will be on neurological medical experts and doctors in intensive care units.
